This edition includes the Corrigenda to edition 4 and provides solutions to allow multiple cryptographic algorithms to be contained within an MS for interoperability or other such purposes. The inclusion of support for multiple algorithms in edition 5 onwards is fully compatible with the single algorithm solution described in previous editions of the Recommendation.

Members are invited to offer any comments which will be considered and may be included in the published version. To do so you need to obtain a copy of the Recommendation from the SFPG secretary Marjan Bolle by sending an email to her at SFPG@tetra-association.com. Signing of a non-disclosure agreement is part of the distribution process.
